I was very pleased with Chris. I tend to ask lots of questions and I'm very particular about things, and he was very patient with me. He was knowledgeable and always got back to me very quicklyI wished that a professional photographer had come to take better pictures of the house, as several of my friends did when working with other agents. We ended up using pictures I had taken with my phone. However, it didn't seem to matter, as my house sold in a little over a week.

Was not happy with bank appraisal being 15k below offered price. We do not understand why we would have been required to sell at a lower price than what was offered. The new owners were willing to pay the higher price.
